On August 25, 2011, KAERC made an MOU with The University of West Georgia (UWG) for 

 a "CEO" program. KAERC will be UWG's exclusive partner for the program for the next 

 five years. Many CEOs will have the opportunity to get a certificate after one semester 

 in the program.
