On May 2, 2011, KEC made an MOU with Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) for 

a 1+3 degree program.  KEC will be GSW's exclusive partner for the program for the next 

five years.  Many students will have the opportunity to study at this public university at 

a reduced tuition rate.
